May 15th: On Saturday, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was seen the Vanity Fair and Gucci party which was held in honor of Martin Scorsese. She wore a black and navy Emilio Pucci dress. Meanwhile, at the same party Bollywood buddy Mallika Sherawat was seen around all over the party scene. She wore a longer nude colored Dolce & Gabbana bustier dress.

May 16th: More interestingly Mallika decided to keep her delayed film Hisss in the news at the festival and went on to shoot with her snake. Looking rather comfortable and friendly with the python, she shot what is now deemed as a historic photo shoot. Styled in a yellow and black taxi number, she pouted and hugged, kissed and twirled with Rudy the Python.

By night, the actress, she donned a pink dress looking her finest (finally!) at the Variety Party.
May 17th - Aishwarya Rai Bachchan & Abhishek Bachchan
May 17th: Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has her husband Abhishek Bachchan on the red carpet with her now. The actor arrived into Cannes and immediately the couple were rounded up and a photo call was announced for the Raavan stars in the early morning as well as a live TV interview from the shoot. She was dressed in a black Hervé Léger number with a pair of peep-toe pumps. Abhishek turned up in a red leather jacket paired with jeans.

In the evening, Aishwarya Rai finally did what was wanted from her: she wore a sari. Looking ravishing in a green and gold sari with a traditional up do, she became the sight of the carpet, along with her tuxedo wearing husband who provided much eye-candy.

May 18th: Mallika Sherawat went black and a tad bit metallic when she attended the Love Barack Press Meet. Her vest definitely gained her a few extra glances but she definitely reminded us of a spaceship owner.

And the by night the Hiss actress came out in her favorite style of gowns: cut-outs. A nude color and the same old style of hairstyle (she needs a new stylist desperately), she did as usual turn heads.
May 19th - Udaan Men in Black
May 19th: And guess what! Bollywood had some actual cute male representation on the red carpet. The boy gang, consisting of Vikram Aditya Motwane, the director of Udaan, headed his cast of the film which happens to be the only film to be showing at the festival. The gentlemen, Rajat Barmecha, Ronit Roy and Ram Kapoor, attended the premiere of My Joy together having a great time.
